This week's episode of Toro Station has just aired for Premium members. (Free members can watch the episodes at midnight on Fridays, while Premium members get to watch it at six in the evening.)
Fellow member Trico1017 has just informed us that the episode has some new information about the game.
Some levels in The Last Guardian are set in stages completely submerged underwater. Puzzles will change to reflect the shift in environment. Maybe that indicates the return of the stamina gauge from Shadow of the Colossus, which also served as an indicator to show how much the main character could stay underwater.
Trico1017 also says that Toro and Kuro, the hosts of the show, do a fine impression of ICO during the episode as well.
